In these Terms and Conditions any reference to "we"/"us" is a reference to Trubikini Limited ("Trubikini").

The following Terms and Conditions (including also those in the Privacy Policy and Shipping and Returns pages of this website) apply to all transactions on www.trubikini.com (the “website”) including telephone sales and the use of the website itself.

By using this website and and/or shopping with Trubikini the visitor and/or customer accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Trubikini is the trading name of Trubikini Limited, company number 9471310, VAT number 210420088, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, England. Trubikini Limited is a company registered in England and Wales.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and by using the website you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

If any of these Terms and Conditions shall be or become unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that term and condition shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Trubikini is not responsible for possible errors on its website.

Trubikini reserves the right to suspend the website with immediate effect for operational, regulatory, legal or other reasons.

Availability of stock as well as price of stock are subject to change by Trubikini without notice.

All sizes and measurements are approximate although Trubikini makes every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Please refer to the Size Charts for assistance.

Trubikini has the right to refuse a sale for any reason whatsoever. Trubikini reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

The colour of Trubikini products may differ from their representation on a computer screen.

This website is owned and operated by Trubikini. The design and content featured on the website including text, photography, artwork, graphics and images are copyrights and trademarks, controlled or licensed by Trubikini. The website is protected by copyright and all worldwide rights, titles and interests are reserved.

All prices are shown on the website in GBP sterling, inclusive of UK VAT (Value Added Tax) which is currently levied at 20%.

Payments may be made by any method listed on the website on the day of placing your order.

You as the purchaser will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card or payment provider.

At present, Trubikini only ships within the UK. It should be noted that overseas orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes for which the purchaser would be liable.

Cancelling your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013: Distance Selling

Where applicable, you may cancel your order without giving any reason in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

In the unlikely event that cancellation is required the customer has 14 days after receipt of the product to inform Trubikini of their wish to cancel. As our product is shipped on a signed-for basis the date and time of signature on receipt will stand as proof of date and time of receipt. After these 14 days the cancellation period will expire.

After notification has been made to Trubikini within the 14 day cancellation period the customer has 14 days to return the product to Trubikini. If this time limit is not adhered to we may refuse to refund the purchase price and outward shipping cost.

To exercise the right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in a clear statement by email or post. Please see Trubikini's contact details and the Model Cancellation Form below. You do not need to use this form to cancel if you prefer to use another method.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 Trubikini will be happy to refund the total cost of the product including shipping once the product has been returned to Trubikini in an appropriate condition (please below and also our Conditions of Return).

In the event of cancellation by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Trubikini. Returns should be made to Trubikini Limited, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, England. Due to the valuable nature of the product all shipping should be by signed for / registered post.

Please note also that in accordance with Trubikini’s Returns Policy below and with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 Trubikini may refuse returns for hygiene reasons if it appears that the returned product has been worn or damaged in any way and in particular if it is apparent that bikini bottoms have not been tried on over underwear and/or the plastic hygiene strip is not intact and in place.

Trubikini have a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity to the contract between Trubikini and the customer: in other words, to provide the customer with goods that the customer has ordered from Trubikini.
